The field is evolving very rapidly and over the past year, there have been major shifts in our understanding of this highly lethal disease. We have seen high impact advances in all aspects of lung cancer management: from detection to diagnosis to treatment. The D.C. Lung Cancer Conference will emphasize current best practices for busy clinicians who care for patients with lung cancer, across disciplines. High impact, engaging didactic lectures will be delivered by international thought leaders and well-respected faculty in each field. An opening talk from a patient advocate will provide important perspective.
