In this study, Ji et al. conduct comprehensive proteogenomic characterization of non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors and develop a three-protein prognostic biomarker to identify high-risk patients for improving disease management. Proteomic-based stratification uncovers four subtypes with distinct molecular characteristics, immune landscape, and clinicopathological features, with implications on precision treatment.
