Her vital signs were a blood pressure of 120/64 mmHg, pulse rate of 96 beats/min, and temperature of 36.8 °C. Physical examination was remarkable for bilateral lateral rectus muscle palsy with disconjugate gaze (Figures 1 and 2; Video 1). Laboratory results and computed tomography of the head were unremarkable.
