Here the authors report a detailed description of these close relationships by combining lipid nanodiscs and high-pressure NMR. They report the link between pressure and lipid compositions to the conformational landscape of the β-barrel OmpX and the α-helical BLT2 G Protein-Coupled Receptor in nanodiscs.
