This study explores the impact of music therapy on emotional resilience, well-being, and employability. Through an 8-week music therapy intervention involving 256 participants, the results demonstrated that music therapy significantly enhanced participants’ emotional resilience, which in turn improved their well-being and employability. A significant positive correlation was found between emotional resilience, well-being, and employability, with well-being mediating the relationship between emotional resilience and employability. Additionally, the study identified moderating effects of age and education level, revealing that younger individuals and those with higher education levels benefit more from emotional resilience in terms of well-being and employability. These findings suggest that music therapy is an effective intervention for enhancing emotional resilience and career development, with well-being playing a crucial role in this process. Background This research focuses on examining and comparing the aggression levels of prisoners incarcerated for intentional injury and amateur combat athletes. Adolescents who experience poor mental health may develop chronic pain. Similarly, those with chronic pain may develop mental health symptoms. Little is known concerning how these co-occurring symptoms are associated with adolescent functioning. Our online cross-sectional quantitative study compared the specific nature of challenges to psychosocial functioning, across 4 groups: (1) adolescents with co-occurring chronic pain and mental health symptoms; (2) adolescents who only experience chronic pain symptoms; (3) adolescents who only experience mental health symptoms, and (4) adolescents who do not report either symptom. Participants completed self-report questionnaires assessing pain experiences, mental health symptoms and psychosocial functioning. Objective This study aims to conduct a literature review and meta-analysis on the use of Happiness Management strategies in internal communication. The objective was to extract theoretical constructs of dimensions and indicators for the development of a guide for its application, validated by a panel of experts. Managers are interested in promoting frontline employees’ proactive behavior because proactivity is crucial for organizational success. The mechanism of negative workplace gossip on workplace prosocial behavior is unclear. This research investigates the factors hindering this valuable behavior, specifically focusing on negative workplace gossip and employee anxiety, through the lens of the conservation of resources theory. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from a sample of 352 female frontline employees across diverse service organizations using a two-wave design. Introduction Individuals on the autism spectrum (ASD) often experience poor mental health and coping strategies compared to their peers due to social exclusion and co-occurring conditions. Resiliency has been identified as a key factor in preventing adverse outcomes and promoting mental health. Therefore, it is important to determine what strategies can be used to build resiliency among autistic individuals. The current paper is one of the first studies that aims to collect information from autistic individuals and their caregivers on potential strategies to enhance resiliency.
