Bilateral congenital knee dislocation
An infant was delivered vaginally at 37+2 weeks gestation, weighing 2620 g. Her antenatal course was uncomplicated. She was noted at delivery to have hyperextended knees (figures 1 and 2), approximately to 50°. These could be flexed into a neutral position. The rest of her examination was unremarkable.
