Before I start, I want to make some general comments about a “diet”. First of all, a “diet” is not the answer for long-term weight loss. If one looks at long term data from “diet” studies, the average person is only able to maintain a 6-8% reduction of their body weight long term as compared to before they started dieting. The answer is to change your eating habits.
