Generation of anti-GD2 CAR macrophages from human pluripotent stem cells for cancer immunotherapies
In this article, Zhang and colleagues show the generation of hPSCs with anti-GD2 CARs integrated into the AAVS1 locus and their differentiation into CAR macrophages (CAR-Ms) through arterialized hemogenic endothelium intermediates. CAR-Ms displayed a potent antitumor activity against neuroblastoma and melanoma.
