A 71-year-old female presented to her local ophthalmologis t with six months of painless gradual worsening vision in the right eye with associated redness. On examination, she was found to have no light perception and iris neovascularization in the right eye. On B-scan ultrasonography, a retinal detachment with possible intraocular blood or mass was discovered. The patient was then referred for evaluation by the Wills Eye Hospital Ocular Oncology Service.
