    Hi all, XBB.1.5 still represents 90% of cases in the US this week. XBB.1.5 is very immune evasive and many people got their bivalent booster 6 months ago. We do not know yet if spring bivalent boosters will be approved, but we know that vaccine efficiency decreases significantly by 6 months, especially in older adults and immunocompromised people.
