They focus on insights that have been learned from the approved BTK inhibitors (BTKis) and the promising development of novel BTK degraders. They also touch on the risk of cardiac toxicities that are associated with these agents, highlighting that longer follow-up is needed to determine the risks associated with BTK degraders.
