Juan Alderuccio, MD, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, Miami, FL, presents the results of a Phase II investigator-initiated study (NCT04998669) investigating a combination of loncastuximab tesirine and rituximab in patients with high-risk relapsed/refractory (R/R) follicular lymphoma (FL). Dr Alderuccio highlights that robust and durable complete metabolic responses (CMR) were observed in a high proportion of patients. The progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) at 12 months were highly encouraging, and the study demonstrates the potential of this treatment approach in improving outcomes for patients with high-risk disease.
