All of the Cancer AI Conversations will be recorded and posted for future viewing.

Overview The National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) Division of Cancer Biology (DCB) is hosting an R15 Investigator Workshop on June 26-28, 2024, at NCI Shady Grove. The goal of the workshop is to provide a focused, unique, and interactive platform for DCB R15 investigators. Attendees will have an opportunity to showcase their ongoing research and exchange and explore new ideas. Grantees will be invited to share mentorship and teaching experiences and outreach activities, including how to promote equity and diversity.

Overview The NCI Center for Cancer Training (CCT) has developed a virtual K Grant Writing workshop to assist fellows in preparing K22 or K99/R00 applications. This free virtual workshop will be held from April 4-May 30, 2024 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. ET, usually on Thursdays. Eight Webex lectures on grantsmanship, electronic submissions, K22 applications, K99/R00 applications, specific aims, candidate, significance/innovation, and approach sections will be given. In addition, fellows can submit part of their application for peer review in class.
