This advanced practice provider position provides care to patients primarily in the outpatient setting but may include inpatient care and consultation as well. The clinic generally conducts patient care visits 2-3 days per week with additional inpatient care, procedural care, and research and clinical care coordination activities through the week. The Cardiology service provides age appropriate care to age groups indicated. Scope of range within unit population: Adolescent through geriatric cardiology patients. Standard 1: Develops, interprets, implements and documents a plan of care for each patient and safely delivers this care. A. Application of Area-Specific Process Model a.
