IDSA and HIVMA Response to Uganda Court Decision on the Anti-Homosexuality Act
IDSA and HIVMA are disappointed and alarmed that Uganda’s Constitutional Court upheld the Anti-Homosexuality Act criminalizing LGBTQ individuals and their right to organize, educate and advocate.
