    Chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy has been applied in the treatment of B-cell lymphoma; however, CAR-T manufacturing requires virus- or non-virus-based genetic modification, which causes high manufacturing costs and potential safety concerns. Antibody–cell conjugation (ACC) technology, which originated from bio-orthogonal click chemistry, provides an efficient approach for arming immune cells with cancer-targeting antibodies without genetic modification. Here, we applied ACC technology in Vγ9Vδ2 T (γδ2 T) cells to generate a novel off-the-shelf CD20-targeting cell therapy ACE1831 (rituximab-conjugated γδ2 T cells) against relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphoma. ACE1831 exhibited superior cytotoxicity against B-cell lymphoma cells and rituximab-resistant cells compared to γδ2 T cells without rituximab conjugation.     Introduction: TP53 is the most commonly mutated gene in human cancers and was the first tumor suppressor gene to be discovered in the history of medical science. Mutations in the TP53 gene occur at various genetic locations and exhibit significant heterogeneity among patients. Mutations occurring primarily within the DNA-binding domain of TP53 result in the loss of the p53 protein’s DNA-binding capability. However, a complex phenotypic landscape often combines gain-of-function, dominant negative, or altered specificity features. This complexity poses a significant challenge in developing an effective treatment strategy, which eradicates TP53-mutated cancer clones.     Differentiation syndrome (DS) is a frequent and potentially life-threatening clinical syndrome first recognized with the advent of targeted therapeutics for acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL). DS was subsequently observed more broadly with targeted therapeutics for acute myeloid leukemia (AML). DS is typically characterized by fever, dyspnea, hypotension, weight gain, pleural or pericardial effusions, and acute renal failure. The incidence in patients with APL ranges from 2 to 37%, with the wide variation likely attributed to different diagnostic criteria, use of prophylactic treatment, and different treatment regimens. Treatment with corticosteroids +/- cytoreductive therapy should commence as soon as DS is suspected to reduce DS-related morbidity and mortality. The targeted anti-leukemic therapy should be discontinued in patients with severe DS.     Idecabtagene vicleucel (ide-cel) was the first FDA-approved chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) patients. This was the first study to evaluate patient-reported outcomes (PROs) among RRMM patients receiving ide-cel in standard of care (SOC). We prospectively assessed health-related quality of life (HRQOL) and symptoms from pre-infusion (baseline) through day (D)90 post-infusion. Baseline PRO associations with patient characteristics, mean PRO changes, and time to stable change were evaluated with t-tests, linear mixed-effects models, and Kaplan–Meier analyses, respectively. Within-person change scores and minimally important difference thresholds determined clinical and meaningful significance. Participants (n = 42) were a median of 66 years old (range: 43–81).     Bispecific T-cell engagers (BiTEs) and bispecific antibodies (BiAbs) have revolutionized the treatment landscape of hematological malignancies. By directing T cells towards specific tumor antigens, BiTEs and BiAbs facilitate the T-cell-mediated lysis of neoplastic cells. The success of blinatumomab, a CD19xCD3 BiTE, in acute lymphoblastic leukemia spearheaded the expansive development of BiTEs/BiAbs in the context of hematological neoplasms.
