Seven donors volunteered to undergo surgery for complete strangers through a meticulous process where they were successfully paired with recipients, culminating in a seven-way internal swap—the largest ever in the state of Mississippi. After four consecutive days of surgeries, the kidney patients received the gift of a lifetime.
